Victims of Crime and Safety Concerns

Any individual witnessing or experiencing conduct that he or she believes may pose an imminent threat to safety, security or health is strongly encouraged to call immediately the UIC Police at (312) 355-5555 or their local police department at 911.

If the observed behavior does NOT pose an imminent threat to safety, security or health, individuals are strongly encouraged to contact UIC Police:

  • The Counseling Center provides 24/7 crisis services to all UIC students. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call the Counseling Center at 312-996-3490 to speak with a crisis counselor.
