Technology can help connect us, but it can also be a source of anxiety and depression. Almost 1 out of 5 people report that constantly checking technology is a source of significant stress. If you are having difficulty concentrating, are unable to sleep without checking your phone, and you find it difficult to communicate offline, you may be experiencing technology addiction.
