U&I Care Initiatives
The U&I Care Initiatives—led by the Office of the Dean of Students are a collective effort to combat basic needs insecurity and support student well-being. Through four dedicated programs—U&I Care Emergency Fund, U&I Care Meals, U&I Care Round Up, and U&I Care Week . UIC works to ensure no student has to choose between their education and their essential needs. Whether it’s emergency financial relief, access to nutritious meals, opportunities to give back, or campuswide awareness events, U&I Care is here to empower students and build a compassionate, responsive UIC community.
