Did you know that learning to focus on the present moment can help you improve your concentration, and can even help with your physical and mental health? Mindfulness can involve focusing on your breathing or paying attention to the sights or sounds around you. Practicing a few minutes of mindfulness every day can lead to lower stress and anxiety levels, and can help reduce depression and anxiety. The Wellness Center is a great resource to learn more!
