Balancing all of the multiple facets of life, in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, hasn?t been easy. It is not uncommon for many of us to feel disorganized or unmotivated as we are trying to navigate this situation. With a focus on fitness goals,  promoting healthy lifestyles, meditation/yoga, and overall mental well-being, we hope the activities and events of the 2021 U&ICare Week will help you feel a sense of clarity and motivate you to tackle the rest of the semester!
