If you get voicemail, please leave a message and speak slowly and clearly. Leave your name (spell it out), UIN#, your phone number and the legal issue you are calling about. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment without calling to let us know, or if you fail to bring in documentation related to your situation, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
If you miss an appointment without informing us in advance, you will be suspended from using the service for a semester. If SLS is working on your case and you fail to keep in contact and provide the information necessary to keep your case moving forward, your case file will be closed with SLS and you will be suspended from using the SLS service for a semester as well.
