In coordination with the Office of the Dean of Students (DOS), the U and I Care Plan exists to guide DOS staff in helping students who are experiencing a personal crisis and/or behavioral challenges. Creating a plan of action through individualized support to encourage the academic success of the student.
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to contact the Office of the Dean of Students for more information. Individuals who wish to report a concern are encouraged to complete the Student Assistance Request.
